Terms of service

These terms govern the supply of lead-generation services by Digital One Agency — Australia ("D1 Leads", "we") to you ("client"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Services
We operate paid advertising campaigns and deliver qualified consumer and business enquiries ("leads") to the client on an exclusive basis. Each lead is delivered to one client only.
2. Pricing & payment
Lead pricing is agreed in writing per product tier. Minimum order is ten leads. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Invoices are payable within seven days.
3. Replacement guarantee
If a delivered lead has a disconnected number, is outside the agreed service area, or is for a product the client does not offer, the client may request a replacement within seven days of delivery. We replace eligible leads within five business days at no additional cost.
4. Exclusivity
Every lead delivered is exclusive to the client. We do not re-sell, re-package or otherwise forward the same enquiry to another party.
5. Cancellation
The client may cancel future lead delivery at any time with no notice. Leads already delivered at the point of cancellation remain payable.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the leads to which the claim relates. We are not liable for consequential loss, loss of profits, or any loss arising from the client's own conversion process.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
