What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, service area and product interest. Our web server logs standard request data (IP address, user-agent, referrer) for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, process your order, and follow up on our services. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Lead data
Leads delivered to our clients are collected from people who have expressly opted in to be contacted by a broker in response to an advertisement we ran on their behalf. Lead subjects may contact us at any time to request deletion.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@d1leads.com.au. We respond within 30 days.
